Number 50 - Universal Studios

HELLO!

We didn't have our sugary breakfast because it was so early when we left that the breakfast bar wasn't even open D: Instead we had the rest of our large "Mango" :P lol. I still can't comprehend their fail. How can a melon be mistaken for a mango? Anywotsit, I groggily dressed and then as we were leaving I checked Facebook. It made me a "homesick" really and I miss my friends :/ (so... basically Hatter as I don't have any other bezzies - that's a bit sad isn't it?)

We set off on a long journey to Universal Studios. Yay! We arrived a little early but were just ushered into the V.I.P. lounge anyway. XD Had croissants and cookies (from the cookie jar!) until our guide arrived. She took us on an AMAZING tram tour that included: inside set tours, looking through the props warehouse, ans walking through the street sets - INCLUDING Pirates of the Carribean set!!!!! O.O I have stood in the same place as Johnny Depp :3 Eeeek!!! I was jumping up and down like a little jumping minion for at least 5 minutes :D and now when I get back to England I MUST watch PotC again. ^^
Had a go on the "Jurassic Park", "Mummy" and "Simpson's" rides - straight to the front of the queue too because we were V.I.P.'s :) That was just awesome.
Stopped for lunch in a V.I.P. only restaurant. I felt a bit like a star, flashing my car as I went through XD and when we came out we went into the "Water world" show (I will now have to watch that movie), "Shrek 4D" show, and "Terminator 2: 3D" show. They were all little movies with moving seats which was fun too. Our tour guide left us at this point so we were left to our own devices. Took a stroll down a street littered with union jacks called "Little England". Their portrayal of us Brits is just so cliche... almost mocking us. Had a little chat with a "Rock Star" up on a balcony with a half american half English-cockney accent for a little while. Aaaaand I made a beefeater smile ^^ lol. Watched an Animal show which I thought was slightly cruel and then a special effects show. That was epic. Re-did some of the rides and ate an ice-cream before leaving the park. As V.I.P.'s a vallet collected our car for us (which they'd parked for us earlier) even though we could see it 2 rows away :P

Got back to the hotel and Fb'd until I got too tired. Saved some more HP pictures for my album ^^
We're leaving tomorrow to get to Pismo beach so I'd better get some shut eye.

P.S. I had a weird dream last night... The Giant One and I had just broken up (weird I know) so I sat back in the hot tub (don't ask why I was in a hot tub) feeling sorry for myself while he scootled off to Australia to swap places with M. Then suddenly I was in America.... I think it was to get away from M.... I'm not too sure.... anyway, I was in America playing CoD with K. We were both doing the whole "Oh I'm going to kill you" and jokey stuff like that... but then it just suddenly turned into the jokey - "You know you love me" type thing (like the things Ninja and I were saying earlier in the year) and we just looked at one another for ages until his mother came down and interrupted the "moment" saying we had to leave and we were like "for what?" and then I got woken up. Weird or what...? Do you have any interpretation for that?
