Number 47 - We're all going on a summer holiday :D

So, I woke up.... not feeling that excited actually, just tired. I wasn't allowed a lie in and I stayed up late the night before so I was a little grouchy.

Ate coco pops and drank as much milk as I could manage before feeling sick. Went upstairs ans set up my laptop to check Facebook for the last time in England for a while. No-one was on. Typical.

I got into the shower, playing my music full blast as usual, planning on staying in for at least 20 minutes to help me relax. So obviously 10 seconds later (literally) I heard a knock on the door and my mother entered telling me to hurry up as X and E were downstairs waiting for me ¬¬
I did my hair and washed in about 10 minutes. Needless to say I was not very relaxed by the end of it. Clambered downstairs in my dressing gown and  quickly greeted them both. They gave me birthday presents which I thanked them for ans mother asked X to do some work on the computer for her so E and I left him to it and went outside to look at the fish and tortoises. At one point we thought a fish had died because it was floating on the surface of the water. It turned out it was only sunbathing... lol :P
X and E decided to leave, as it is X's birthday after all, plus we were due to leave in less than 2 hours. Less than 1 if mom could help it. I hugged E but X refused because I was "naked" >.> E and I both laughed at him for that.

They left and I got dried, dressed and started packing my hand luggage. The Mother insisted on trying to complete my DofE which led to a lot of stress and shouting. We didn't complete it either which mom was annoyed about. it didn't help that both of us were on very short fuses. Me because I was sleep deprived and Mother because the bank has messed up, they'd lost a lot of our money and were telling us to pay for THEIR mistake. They also said we owed them thousands of pounds we didn't have. ¬¬ Humph.

We eventually set off and that's when I got excited. I posted a status and was a little entertained by the comments and who liked it and such, as well as flicking through M's aussie photo's which he told me he was putting up. For the rest of the journey I listened to Yogpod - Podcasts with The Brother which are HILARIOUS! :D
Part way through the journey mom reaced into her bag and pulled out an "early birthday present" for me. XD 'Twas a CAMERA!!!!!!!! Seeing as it's the only present I'm getting from the rentals I was quite pleased indeed. It's freaking AWESOME! I took a lot of pictures but deleted most of them so I had more room for the actual holiday :P Slept for a little while at the end of the journey until we reached the airport. We sailed through the check in and security and we barely had time to buy a case for my new camera (I heart it so much!) and an olympic hat for K (which he will probably despise) before our flight was being called for boarding. The only time we had to wait was while the first class people were boarding. During that time The Brother and I entertained ourselves while the Rentals sorted out our bank account problem. We boarded but sat in the plane for a whole hour before we took off because there was a queue. >.> They're no supposed to have queues for aeroplanes!!! It's all supposed to be organised! :P The Brother started raving about "Final Destination 1" which caused me to freak out during take off. Stupid brother :( [I wouldn't have him any other way through. We may not seem like it, but when we want to we can be really good friends - when he's not insulting or abusing me that is.]

Watched "Limitless", a film coming out soon in England, and it's really good. 'Tis quite clever and makes you think. I shall definitely recommend it to Hatter when I next talk to her (and when it's out I shall force her to see it :P) Also, I watched "The Tourist" which was AWESOME (mostly because Johnny Depp was super hot in it) Slightly predictable but still good fun. "Narnia 3 - Voyage of the Dawn Treader" was also on and that was entertaining but didn't follow the book plot which slightly annoyed me but ahh well. Prince (sorry 'King') Caspian was also very fit so I didn't really care that much. ;) I watched an "Inbetweeners" episode and "The Micheal McIntyre Comedy Road Show" on the TV channels before I thought that I had better stop before my eyes and ears started to hurt. Everyone started to fall asleep because it was gone midnight but I was still wide awake (some of Twins nocturnal-ness must have rubbed off on me XD ) Anyway, I started my blog for the day. It's about quarter to 1 in the morning and I don't plan on sleeping so I think I'll just stop and carry on writing for today, tomorrow (but in america). If that makes sense. I hope so...
Basically I'll do 2 posts for today: An English one - this one. And An American one - it'll be about 7 in the evening when we land (but about 3 in the morning English time) so I'll do a little post after this about "what happened in america".
