I ate breakfast and got ready, washed my hair and dressed - that sort of stuff, and then packed the rest of my things for Birmingham as well as tidying my floor.
The Mother was at the gym, The Brother was at music school and The Father was at golf. So instead of using my time efficiently.... I watched more MLP :D
Everyone finally arrived home so we gathered the stuff and dumped it in the foul smelling, boiling hot car ¬¬ How lovely. The journey was.... bearable. But that's only because I was listening to my music.
Anyway, we stopped off at Coventry to visit a friend who's just got out of hospital. We were sitting in his lounge while showing him a video and all of a sudden mother pointed to his clay tiger figurine on the mantle piece and said "You can leave that to me in your will. I like it." :P We all laughed and he said jokingly that we should just pick things out that we wanted from his house. Dad suggested we just put red dots on the things we liked, like in auctions, so for the rest of our time there we were just pointing at things and saying "RED DOT!" :D twas hilarious, although I suppose you had to be there to find it funny. Still. The adults went out briefely to buy a lawn mower and when they returned we put it together and (surprise surprise) I mowed the lawn :)
We left after having a couple of cakes and him calling me a CHAV for wearing boys clothes. :D
Spent the rest of the drive trying to block out The Brothers annoying laughter.
When we arrived at le other friends house, I was forced to sit outside on the decking and listen to them all "catch up". Twas boring. Eventually I was permitted to collect my phone so I went upstairs, only to be called down for dinner 5 minutes later. ¬¬
Inbetween main course and pudding was quite funny. First of all The Father realised it was 8:55 rather than 6:55 and immediately dropped into his state of hibernation XD and then my friend's (who shall now be named... Cliffie) father started talking about Michael Jackson. This somehow depeloped onto MJ and Osama Binladin being the same person. How this happened I do not know but it was a very funny conversation indeed. :D Anywho, this conversation lasted the rest of the evening - with Freddee Flintoff entering the mix along the way. I have no idea how :P Had treakle tart for pudding :D NOM indeedy!
Went upstairs after dinner and started up my laptop. Watched an episode of MLP and started my blog as well as doing some reading. Talked with Ninja via text as well. And at about eleven I talked to O. Cliffie said it was getting late so I packed everything away.
So yeah. Eventful, but not always exciting, day.
Over and out,
Gloves. xx
